My brother-in-law, two nieces and two nephews have just been on holiday down here in Cornwall. They were camping at Trevedra Farm at Gwynver (or Gwenver as it is also known) near Sennen, so we decided to join them for a few days.
Despite Gwynver (Gwenver) being only 7 miles from our front door, it felt like we could have been more than 700 miles away and it gave Little My the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with her cousins.
We spent our time relaxing at the campsite or lounging on the beach, which is a short hike away from the site. The kids kept each other entertained and for the first time in ages, I properly relaxed.
Trevedra Farm is a fantastic campsite with good facilities. We had (in our opinion) the best pitch on the site, being right at the end, next to a field of cows which leads to the beach and stunning views over the Atlantic. To top things off, we also had the best sunset I’ve seen in years but Little My was more interested in consuming crisps and playing football stating: “I don’t like the sunset”. There’s just no pleasing some people. www.trevedrafarm.co.uk
